BIOFABRICATE is the annual summit for the emerging world of grown materials. We’re excited to be hosted this year by Parsons School of Design on 5th Avenue, NYC.
From yeast and bacteria to mushrooms and mammalian cells, international attendees will discover disruptive research, and companies, literally growing the materials of the future. From architecture to apparel, BIOFABRICATE is THE event to experience how biotechnology is facilitating a new material revolution.
The Biofabricate Design Lab Exhibit will be held in the open work space on the second floor of 66 5th ave Making Center from Wednesday 11/16 to Friday 11/18. Students and Faculty are invited to visit the Biofabricate Design Lab Exhibit on Friday 11/18 in the making Center free of charge from 10-2 pm.
Students and faculty will have continued access to the N2 General Shop, 3d Printing Area, Textile Area, Tool Crib Checkout, and the available open work tables in the 2 West 13th St. 2nd floor Making Center location.
