The Design Technology Lab is located on the 12th floor of the D building at 6 East 16th Street. This lab is designed for the needs of students in the BFA and MFA Design and Technology majors, although all of its equipment is open to any major for use. There is plenty of open space for students to work on laptops or larger projects, classrooms equipped with Mac Minis and presentation setups, iMacs for quick web access and Adobe Creative Cloud work, and a fully equipped physical computing studio. To use the physical computing studio, students must be enrolled in a physical computing course or in a class with an overlapping topic that requires specific access.
