Fashion Specialty Studio

63 Fifth Ave, 5th floor, Room 518   •   Summer Hours effective through August 28th, 2017: Tues - Thurs 9am - 12pm
Open to: all New School students

The Fashion Specialty Studio is located on the 5th floor of the U Building at 63 Fifth Avenue, and is equipped with 25+ machines for garment finishing and special materials construction. ** Students are required to take a one-hour orientation before being allowed to sign up for individual time with The Tajima Digital Embroidery Machine. If you have never attended an orientation, sign up for the Intro to Embroidery Orientation here:

If you have attended an orientation but never used the machine, you must first make an appointment to complete a short assignment (creating a text or monogram). Sign up for an appointment here:
