Meg Turner - Technician
Meg Turner is a printmaker, photographer and installation artist specializing in analog modes of printing, photo and set building. She is particularly interested in the history of photomechanical processes used in mass image production and advertising, from photogravure and wet plate collodion to off-set lithography. She is interested in the creation of ephemera, props and constructed narratives to envision possible utopic futures. She believes deeply in the power of print.
Meg received her B.F.A. in printmaking from the Rhode Island School of Design in 2008 and M.F.A. from Columbia University in 2016 where she was a Leroy Neimen Center for Print Studies Print Fellow.
